An agent is a member of your team that has access to the Grasp inbox and is responsible for answering incoming conversations.

How many admins can I add to Grasp?

A Grasp account always has at least 1 admin. However, you can enable admin rights for as many additional agents as you want.

What are the WhatsApp conversational charges?

WhatsApp can charge you additionally for each conversation handled over WhatsApp. Read here for more information on the conversational charges of WhatsApp.

What is the cancellation period?

Grasp has no cancellation period. Any subscription can be canceled from within the application prior to the renewal date, unless we agreed otherwise.

What payment options do you offer?
